This October there have been the school assembly science shows, but new this year is a series of shows for the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago for school field trips. This is a beautiful stage and historic building. Shows are October 21 and 27. October 21 is already sold out at the time of this post. Toward the end of October there are many park district and school Spooky Science shows including shows in Palos Heights, Minooka, Riverside, West Chicago and North Riverside.

The summer of 2015 is booking up with astronomy shows booked by the Chicago Public Libraries and other science shows booked by camps, libraries and more.
This October, Getting Excited About Science will be at 25 branches of the Chicago Public Libraries presenting a Science Fair Primer show for school age students. This is addition to other shows that will be presented in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin this October. Busy month.
Science Fair shows will continue in November with shows in northern Illinois. I love to see the light bulbs turn on in the students heads and they sometimes make the light bulbs go off in my head. I have seen some very bright students.
